These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the SINGO website (https://www.singo.lk) and the SINGO mobile application (together referred to as the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

SINGO operates as a digital service platform that connects users with independent third-party service providers, including but not limited to:

• Transportation and taxi services
• Parcel and delivery services
• Restaurant and food-related services
• Hotel and tourism-related services
• Regional partners and local businesses

SINGO does not directly provide transport, delivery, food, or tourism services, unless explicitly stated.
All services are provided by independent partners.

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have permission from a legal guardian, where applicable

By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to disrupt the Platform
• Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

SINGO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

All partners operating on the SINGO Platform act as independent service providers.

SINGO:

• Is not a transportation company, delivery company, or travel agency
• Is not responsible for the actions, services, or conduct of third-party partners

Any disputes regarding services must be resolved directly between the user and the service provider, unless otherwise required by law.

Payments for services may be processed through:

• Third-party payment gateways
• Cash or digital payment methods, depending on availability

SINGO may charge service or platform fees, which will be clearly communicated where applicable.

SINGO is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the service and partner.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Refunds are subject to partner terms
• SINGO does not guarantee refunds

Any refund requests should be directed to the relevant service provider or through the Platform where applicable.

All content on the Platform, including text, logos, graphics, designs, software, and trademarks, are the property of SINGO (PVT) LTD or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law:

• SINGO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• SINGO is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or service failures caused by third parties
• Use of the Platform is at your own risk

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.

SINGO reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access to the Platform
• Remove content or users violating these Terms

This may be done without prior notice where legally permitted.

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

SINGO may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be effective once published on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
